Rough spots on my face, how to I cure it?

I only have one pimple on my nose. But around my cheeks and on it, it have rough spots on it. A few days ago I started to use Neutrogena Deeps Clean cream cleanser every morning but it's not helping. The first time I used that, in the afternoon, my face started 2 burn a lil bit. And there's still rough spots on my face. Does ANYONE know a product or a home ingredient or just something that will make my face smooth and non-rough ed. Thnx.

you might want to try an exfoliater, but give it some time..neutrogena is a pretty good product i use it..are you moisturizing after you cleanse your face? alot of toners have alcohol in them so it tends to dry the face out so .. Always moisturize!! If anything you can schedule an appointment with a dermatologist, which is probably the best thing if nothing else helps you.

Reply:The BEST product I've ever used for rough spots and dry skin is Clinique's facial scrub. I even use it as a mask once or twice a week and finish up with their Moisture Surge moisturizer. You should ask at the counter though which one you need - they make a couple different formulas depending on your overall skin type.
