When i steam my face , is it better to steam after i take a shower or before i take a shower?

im wondering if its better to steam my face after i washed my face with soap or before i wash my face?

well, when you're in the shower, the heat and humidity causes your pores to open up.





when you get out of the shower, you should immediately use your steamer - the trick is to steam your pores when they're wide open. that way you can get all the junk - skin cells, white blood cells that have done their job, bacteria and other poisons, cleaned out of those pores.





one very important thing you must do at the end of each shower/steam routine.





and that is to splash ice cold water over those wide open pores.





by doing that you'll ensure that those wide open pores will close right up - thereby preventing anything getting right back into them.
