Which is the best face cream to us to keep your face smooth and prevent from spots...?

I want to make my face clear, and prevent from getting spots...! Also i have a dry skin so need to keep it smooth and not dry...! And ideas which face cream i should use which will do both the things...?

Most face creams will actually cause some sort of skin condition and many takes days to get rid of. Try surviving with only a good moisturiser and all the spots should clear up in a few weeks without coming back - the more you put on your skin the more problems you will have. Most spot creams dont work so dont waste your time and money on them. Try Clinique - its expensive but works very well or the best what you can afford.
