Do men face the shower and women stand with their back to it?

We were talking about how in horror films women always stand facing the shower and wash their face (as in Psycho). My girlfriends said they never did this, but the guys said that they always do.

good question. I usually rotate. when i'm washing my hair my back is towards the shower... maybe longer hair has something to do with it.

Reply:Most people twirl around in the shower to get both sides clean and rinsed...I guess your friends are only half clean?
Reply:it depends, when i wash my hair my backs to it but i usually its the other way around.
Reply:I don't know about ALL women, but I do both, face the shower, and turn my back to it....so my entire body gets clean.

Omg, it would be so awsome to have a two headed shower. North and south. Getcha from every angle....mmmmmm.....the heaven involved in showers.
Reply:Not that it's very interesting, but I face the shower till I wash my hair, then I turn around.
