What can I use on my face to prevent it from breaking out?

I am 22 years old and I have always had a problem with breakouts since I turned 14. My mom says its because my father had that problem too so basically it is hereditary. But what i dont like is that now that I am older I'm still breaking out. I've used pretty much everything. Sometimes I don't have this problem and my face seems to be fine but then out a no where it'll start. It really depresses me. I know my face isn't as bad to be stressing so much about it but its important for me to have a clean and clear face. One thing also is that my face is very sensitive so i might not be able to use everything in the market. I hope you could help! Thanks

What can I use on my face to prevent it from breaking out?
Give Arbonne Clear Advantage a try. It's botanically based, is pure, safe, and beneficial with no chemical dyes or fragrances. Do no over cleanse your face. Excessive cleansing and scrubbing can make acne worse. Also, touching your face, as well as long hair around your face, encourages the spread of bacteria and excess oils, leading to breakouts. Reply:go see a dematoglogist and actually follow the regime religiosly
Reply:proactiv
Reply:Have you ever heard of Clear Advantage by Arbonne.

I only ask because it's formulated to suit skin types that are sensitive because it's made with more pure and natural products then most brands. Also comes with a daily supplement to help fight acne once you get on top of it.
Reply:Proactiv Proactiv Proactiv!!! It's one of the most wonderful things ever created!! I can't say enough good things about it. It sounds like clear skin is important to you. It cost a little less than $5 a week. I've been using it for a couple of years now, and will never use anything else. I'm in my early 30's :-) and 4 years ago when I had our son, I started to get breakouts for the first time in my life. I suffered with them for about a year, until I said, "Something has to Change!" I got the proactiv and the FIRST day I used it, my skin was nicer and smoother, and it just keeps getting better from there! It's easy to use, and you WANT to use it. It's definitely worth a try. Good Luck!!
Reply:it sounds kind of wierd but try usuing rubbing alcohal on your face after you shower every day just put a little bit on a cotton swab and you will be amazed at how much dirt will come off even after a shower. good luck
Reply:PROACTIVE!!!! You will see results within a couple days!! Good Luck!! : )
Reply:Proactiv is great. Tea tree oil is really good too, or rubbing alcohol. And use an oil-free moisturiser.

***Also increase your water intake - AT LEAST 2 litres a day. Buy a large water bottle and finish it once by lunchtime, then refill it and drink the 2nd lot of water during the afternoon.

You'll be surprised how much difference water makes to your skin - it sounds so simple but it makes a HUGE difference.
Reply:You are probably going to freak out when I tell you this but it is true and can be backed up with facts. When you first wake up in the morning, you go to the restroom to urinate. Well that first urine of the day is loaded with all kinds of healing mminerals and vitamins. Some people actually drink it on a daily basis. Sick huh? But, it has been proven to work 100% that if you use some of that urine on a cotton swab the first thing each morning, you will never have acne or pimples again. I'm just the messenger.
Reply:I would try ProActive if you've tried everything else, and you can afford it. Even some celebrities report using it, so it is probably a good buy.
Reply:I recommend using Lactic Acid on your face. Lactic acid is used in nurseries to wash newborn babies making it a very good cleanser and it is also very gentle. I have tried it and now my skin is basically clear unlike before. You can use a very small amount diluted with water to wash your face. If any skin irritation occurs, discontinue use.
Reply:Sandpaper, flesh tone paint and a putty knife.
