I want a fresh face! plz help?

i m only 23 and weights around 82kgs! and my face is always dull its not fresh at all. i m getting pimples and when they disappear the dark marks will appear and it won't go! i look like a dull-hag. oh god help! and u all there, please do help and advice me on how to reduce weight and have a fat free face. and a fresh face!

Reply:A healthy diet, fresh air and exercise form the basis for clear skin. Alcohol, drugs and cigarettes all result in poor skin. Have you considered having a chemical peel professionally done? Initially it is similar to a controlled burn, but the skin regenerates and should be clearer. To maintain fresher looking skin, exfoliate weekly and tone, cleanse and moisturise daily.

Reply:Drink loads and loads of water, exercise as much as you can, even if it is just walking instead of driving , build it into your daily routine so you do it with out thinking. Exercise releases endorphins ( the feel good chemical in your brain) so you feel great as well. Eat plenty of fresh fruit and veg, cut out all processed foods (which contain no nutritional value) and cut out chocolate and junk foods, exfoliate daily and always take your make up off at night!


It will take some time but stick to it, as soon as you start to see results you will definitely feel motivated to carry on! Good luck!!
