i see a lot of guys saying that they notice a pretty face first. what features make a face pretty? who are some celebs that have the prettiest faces?

Symmetry is what separates most of a pretty face from an ordinary one.. but at the end of the day, BEAUTY IS IN THE EYE OF THE BEHOLDER! working on ur character and personality is fundamentally more sensible. Beauty is flawed as it will deminish with age. (not considering botox and plastic surgery, which is way too superficial) i mean come'on...if ure 30 - 40 range do expect the inevitable to happen. Be beautiful in character and personality which is Everlasting! celebs with pretty symmetrical faces include, angelina jolie, scarlett johannson and elizabeth hurley.
