In the past week or so I have been picking at my face alot. Ive had a few pimples, but I've picked at them so now they're scabs. Right now my face is really dry and my nose, forhead, and chin are peeling. It's disgusting and wont go away.
What should I do? I need a home remedy. Please Help
Peeling, Dry Face Wont Stop!?
First of all don't pick your pimples, that could leave scars that will be permanently on your face. If you want your pimples to go away drink tons of water everyday and use a good facial cleansing system like Proactiv. Something easy you can do is to dab a little toothpaste on your pimples to dry them up the next morning (this will not get rid of acne though). To get rid of the dryness on your face use a facial moisturizer from brands like Olay.

Reply:You need a facial, she'll be better able to fix your skin and recommend a product that will work on your skin. It sounds like you need to drink a lot of water... and watch your diet, even cutting out soft drinks helps. Don't pick at your pimples, otherwise you'll end up scarring it and make pock marks. It takes time to clear up skin and you have to be patient... I wouldn't do a home remedy though, try looking for Dermalogica and get the Anti-Bac cleanser. Get an oil-free moisturizer.
Reply:Sounds like you have really sensitive skin. Your face soap, moisturizer, or makeup might be causing you to break out and peel - my cousin had the same issue.
You can try changing brands for a week or two, Aveeno is really gentle and good for sensitive skin, or you can try organic cleansers and makeup like from a health food store.
Get some extra vitamin E, make sure to keep your face clean and moisturized (wash every morning and evening and moisturize every time) and keep your hands away from your face.
Reply:the dryness is most likely fom your face wash use it less often or switch to another brand also before going outside you should apply a small amount of sunscreen for protection of the sun which harms complexion and causes driness within 2 weeks their will be a difference
