My face has been really red in t-zone past months, I went without sunscreen and its back to normal now and my face does not feel so dry anymore. is this normal?

Perhaps your redness was from the sunscreen itself. There are a lot of chemicals in them that can irritate the skin and clog pores making your face red and hot.
